Shipping Policy

Shipping Origin
All orders are processed and shipped from Germany.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email including tracking information.

Shipping Times

Germany: 2–5 business days
European Union and Switzerland: 3–10 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods.

Shipping Costs
Shipping Europa is free for orders of €99 or more. Shipping costs for orders below €99 are calculated at checkout. Shipping Switzerland is free for orders of €150. Shipping costs for orders below €150 are calculated at checkout.

Orders to Switzerland are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. No additional import charges are due upon delivery.

All prices displayed on our website include applicable VAT.

Tracking
All shipments are sent with tracking. You will receive your tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Partial Deliveries
In rare cases, items from one order may be shipped separately. There will be no additional shipping costs for you.

Risk of Loss
The risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery of the goods.

What is your return policy?

You can return your order within 30 days after receiving it.

To be eligible for a full refund, all items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with the original tags attached. You are welcome to try the pieces on, but please handle them with care.

If an item shows signs of wear, has been washed, damaged or is returned without its original tags, we may reduce the refund amount where permitted by law.

Once we have received and checked your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Return shipping is free of charge. We cover the return costs, provided the item is returned unworn, undamaged, and with all original hangtags and labels attached.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery within Germany usually takes 2–5 business days, while orders within Europe typically arrive within 3–10 business days. For destinations outside Europe, please contact us. Do you offer international shipping?

We ship to most countries in the EU and Switzerland. For international shipping, please contact us.

My item was damaged upon arrival, what should I do?

We are sorry if your item arrived damaged or defective.

Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@vemano-fashion.com and include your order number, a short description of the issue and, if possible, photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Once we have reviewed your case, we will offer a suitable solution. Depending on the situation, this may include a replacement, repair, refund or another appropriate resolution.

Please do not return damaged items without contacting us first, so we can guide you through the next steps.

I ordered the wrong product, what should I do?

If you notice your mistake shortly after placing the order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@vemano-fashion.com. If your order has not been shipped yet, we will do our best to adjust or cancel it before it leaves our warehouse.

If your order has already been shipped, you can return the item within 30 days after receiving it and place a new order for the correct product. Please make sure the item is returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with the original tags attached.
