About VEMANO

VEMANO was founded by Vera and Manuel with a simple idea:

to create the kind of summer clothing they could not find themselves. For more than two years, Manuel had been looking for stylish two-piece sets made from natural materials. Something that felt relaxed, but not cheap. Comfortable, but still elevated. An outfit that could be worn by the coast, in the city, at dinner or while travelling — without looking like fast fashion. But the more he searched, the harder it became to find exactly that. Most pieces were either too loud, too synthetic, too casual or simply not made with the kind of quality and feeling he had in mind. So Vera and Manuel decided to create it themselves. VEMANO was born from that gap: the desire for breathable, natural and modern Mediterranean clothing. Pieces made for warm days, slow evenings and a lifestyle that feels a little more intentional.

VEMANO combines natural fabrics, clean silhouettes and subtle details. Our first collection starts with men’s summer essentials: organic cotton pants, Azulejo shorts, polo shirts and longsleeves designed to work together as complete outfits or as individual wardrobe pieces. But VEMANO is not meant to stop there. Our vision is to grow into a lifestyle brand for the whole family — with future collections for women and children, always guided by the same principles: natural materials, timeless colors, comfortable fits and a Mediterranean feeling. Our goal is not to create fast fashion. We believe in pieces that feel good, look refined and stay relevant beyond one season. That is why we focus on natural fabrics, wearable colors, careful details and production in Portugal. VEMANO is for people who want clothing that feels effortless, modern and considered. What is your return policy?

You can return your order within 30 days after receiving it.

To be eligible for a full refund, all items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with the original tags attached. You are welcome to try the pieces on, but please handle them with care.

If an item shows signs of wear, has been washed, damaged or is returned without its original tags, we may reduce the refund amount where permitted by law.

Once we have received and checked your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Return shipping is free of charge. We cover the return costs, provided the item is returned unworn, undamaged, and with all original hangtags and labels attached.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery within Germany usually takes 2–5 business days, while orders within Europe typically arrive within 3–10 business days. For destinations outside Europe, please contact us. Orders to Switzerland are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. No additional import charges are due upon delivery.

Do you offer international shipping?

We ship to most countries in the EU and Switzerland. For international shipping, please contact us.

My item was damaged upon arrival, what should I do?

We are sorry if your item arrived damaged or defective.

Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@vemano-fashion.com and include your order number, a short description of the issue and, if possible, photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Once we have reviewed your case, we will offer a suitable solution. Depending on the situation, this may include a replacement, repair, refund or another appropriate resolution.

Please do not return damaged items without contacting us first, so we can guide you through the next steps.

I ordered the wrong product, what should I do?

If you notice your mistake shortly after placing the order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@vemano-fashion.com. If your order has not been shipped yet, we will do our best to adjust or cancel it before it leaves our warehouse.

If your order has already been shipped, you can return the item within 30 days after receiving it and place a new order for the correct product. Please make sure the item is returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with the original tags attached.
