1. Organizer

This giveaway is organized by Manuel Müller, VEMANO, Schubertstraße 1, 30161 Hannover, Germany, e-mail: hello@vemano-fashion.com ("VEMANO"), in cooperation with the Instagram creator @alberto.fitstyle.

2. Giveaway period

The giveaway starts on Thursday, 15 October 2026 and ends on 30 October 2026 at 23:59 CET. Only entries made within this period are valid.

3. How to enter

To enter, comment on the designated Instagram post by @alberto.fitstyle and tag @vemano_official in your comment. Liking and sharing the post is appreciated but not required. Each person may enter once. Participation is free of charge and does not require a purchase.

4. Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years old and live in the European Union (EU). Employees of VEMANO and persons directly involved in organizing the giveaway are excluded. Fake, duplicate or automated accounts are excluded.

5. Prize

One (1) VEMANO discount code worth EUR 20. The code has no minimum order value and no expiry date. It cannot be combined with other discounts or codes, cannot be exchanged for cash, and can be redeemed once only. The prize cannot be transferred.

6. Draw and notification

The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries on 31 October 2026. The winner will be notified directly after the draw by direct message on Instagram. The winner must reply within 7 days with their name and e-mail address so that we can create and send the discount code. If we receive no reply within 7 days, the prize is forfeited and a new winner will be drawn. There is no legal recourse.

7. Newsletter bonus (separate and voluntary)

Independent of the draw, everyone who comments and tags @vemano_official will receive a direct message with a link to our newsletter sign-up. Everyone who signs up via this link and confirms their subscription (double opt-in) receives:

Early access to the Winter Collection 26, and
a surprise giveaway with their first order: either an item from the new collection (cap, scarf or beanie) or an item from the Summer Collection, selected by VEMANO.

The surprise giveaway applies to the first order only, once per person, while stocks last. Signing up for the newsletter is voluntary and is not a condition for entering the draw or winning the prize. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every newsletter.

8. Data protection

We process your Instagram username and comment to run the giveaway (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). If you win, we additionally process your name and e-mail address to create and send your discount code. We use this data for no other purpose. Your e-mail address is used for the newsletter only if you separately sign up and confirm via double opt-in (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Details: Privacy Policy. 9. Exclusion

VEMANO may exclude participants who manipulate the giveaway or violate these terms, and may cancel or amend the giveaway for important reasons (e.g. technical problems or legal requirements).

10. Instagram disclaimer

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta. You are providing your information to VEMANO and not to Instagram.

11. Collaboration

This giveaway is a paid collaboration between VEMANO and @alberto.fitstyle.

12. Final provisions

The decision of the organizer is final. German law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect.

What is your return policy?

You can return your order within 30 days after receiving it.

To be eligible for a full refund, all items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with the original tags attached. You are welcome to try the pieces on, but please handle them with care.

If an item shows signs of wear, has been washed, damaged or is returned without its original tags, we may reduce the refund amount where permitted by law.

Once we have received and checked your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Return shipping is free of charge. We cover the return costs, provided the item is returned unworn, undamaged, and with all original hangtags and labels attached.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery within Germany usually takes 2–5 business days, while orders within Europe typically arrive within 3–10 business days. For destinations outside Europe, please contact us. Orders to Switzerland are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. No additional import charges are due upon delivery.

Do you offer international shipping?

We ship to most countries in the EU and Switzerland. For international shipping, please contact us.

My item was damaged upon arrival, what should I do?

We are sorry if your item arrived damaged or defective.

Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@vemano-fashion.com and include your order number, a short description of the issue and, if possible, photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Once we have reviewed your case, we will offer a suitable solution. Depending on the situation, this may include a replacement, repair, refund or another appropriate resolution.

Please do not return damaged items without contacting us first, so we can guide you through the next steps.

I ordered the wrong product, what should I do?

If you notice your mistake shortly after placing the order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@vemano-fashion.com. If your order has not been shipped yet, we will do our best to adjust or cancel it before it leaves our warehouse.

If your order has already been shipped, you can return the item within 30 days after receiving it and place a new order for the correct product. Please make sure the item is returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with the original tags attached.
